Fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander, a Parsons School of Design grad, has been indicted on 59 counts of sexual assault in a move aimed at keeping his accusers from having to testify at a preliminary hearing, prosecutors announced yesterday.
He had previously pleaded not guilty to more than 40 counts, including rape and committing a lewd act on a child, involving 18 victims aged 15 to 27.
The indictment added two more victims and said Alexander, 33, met them all on the Web between November 2002 and March 2007.
